# Ограничение периодов действий справок

Реализовали возможность включать ограничения периодов действий справок, отдельно для общих и отдельно для индивидуальных справок.

Данная возможность управляется в настройках заведения, во вкладке "Дотации":

По общим справкам периоды ограничиваются полугодиями и можно указать даты начала и конца полугодий, а для индивидуальных справок - строго помесячно, без возможности редактирования дат.

Данные ограничения необходимы в случае, если требуется закрытие отчетных периодов по сдаче отчетов по дотациям. При включенном ограничении, сотрудники ОУ не смогут создать справку, который бы выходила границы периодов, указанных в настройках.
